Your own smart panel
Create, extend, reset and audit every line you sell from one dashboard. No tickets, no waiting on us to action routine changes.
Buy credit at wholesale, provision lines from your own smart panel, set your own retail prices and keep the margin. No franchise fee, no monthly minimum, no exclusivity clause.
You buy a block of credits. Each credit provisions one month of service on one line. Creating a twelve-month subscription for a customer consumes twelve credits; a one-month subscription consumes one. Credits never expire, so a slow month costs you nothing.
Provisioning happens in your own panel — the same smart panel our staff use, with every option you need and nothing you do not. Create a line, rename it, extend it, reset the device, check expiry dates and download playlists without emailing anyone. Lines activate instantly, and your customers get the identical channel grid and VOD library our direct subscribers receive. Hand them the IBO Player setup guide and most installs need no help from you at all.
Wholesale rates are per credit and drop as volume rises. Retail pricing is entirely yours to set — most partners price close to our public rates and keep the difference.
| Tier | Credits | Per credit | Typical partner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 10 credits | CA$6.50 | Technicians adding IPTV to an existing repair or install business |
| Trade | 25 credits | CA$5.75 | Electronics shops and box retailers with regular walk-in demand |
| Volume | 50 credits | CA$5.00 | Established resellers with a built customer base |
| Distributor | 100+ credits | CA$4.25 | Sub-reseller networks and multi-location operations |

Your customers get exactly what ours get — 23,000+ live channels, 150,000+ VOD titles, full EPG and seven-day catch-up. Nothing is downgraded for resold lines.
A separate WhatsApp queue for partners, ahead of the consumer line, staffed through evenings and sports weekends.
Device setup sheets you can hand to customers, covering Fire TV, Android, Windows, macOS, smart TVs and Roku, adapted from our own guide.
If a line fails for a reason attributable to our infrastructure, the credit is returned. You do not eat our faults.
Carry other providers if you want. We compete on uptime and support, not on contracts.
No. Credits sit in your panel until you use them. A quiet month costs you nothing, which is why we sell credit rather than monthly subscriptions to partners.
Entirely. We publish consumer rates on the pricing page for reference, but what you charge your customers is your decision and we never undercut you to them.
For faults, yes — but we would rather they came through you, because you know what you sold them. Partners get a separate priority queue for anything you cannot resolve.
Start with the ten-credit Starter tier. Most partners who now run at distributor volume began there, and moving up a tier takes one message.
Apply above, or message support first if you want to talk it through. Consumer pricing for reference is on the pricing page, and the channel directory shows exactly what you will be selling.
